Located in the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, the Ventana Room is the place to go for panoramic views of the city lights and mountain ranges. The contemporary American cuisine features wild cuts of game, as well as lamb and seafood. A three-, four- or five-course prix fixe menu is offered, and there’s a four-course Farmland Degustation, with dishes such as partridge with black truffle or Niman Ranch leg of lamb confit. Maitre’d Kevin Brady oversees the substantial wine list. A chef’s table for six is available.
