The Varsity has been serving Atlanta its famous chilidogs, onion rings, and fried apple pies since 1928. Servers shout orders like Naked Dog, Walk the Dog, Jo-Ree, and Bag of Rags while avoiding collisions with each other in almost choreographed confusion. It's a show all to itself.
