Tru’s modern, airy dining room is a stunning stage for chef and co-owner Rick Tramonto’s progressive French creations and co-owner pastry chef Gale Gand’s incredible, one-of-a-kind sweet and savory endings. Tramonto offers plates filled with ingredients that are treated to his unmatched creativity and artistic flair. The wine list, with more than 1,800 selections, is overseen by sommelier Scott Tyree. Museum quality artwork is on display, including pieces by Andy Warhol, Maya Lin and Gerhard Richter. A lounge area offers a somewhat less formal but no less memorable dining experience.
