An artesian well has supplied the Brown Palace Hotel since it opened in 1892. The soothing natural rock waterfall at its spa’s entrance speaks to this history. The Spa at the Brown Palace’s six massage, facial and water treatment rooms, separate men’s and women’s lounges, and private couples’ suite are spread over two floors. The facility also has a full-service hair and nail salon. This commitment to guest pampering isn’t new—the spa occupies the same space as a spa that opened with the hotel more than a century ago. The treatment menu offers five distinct soaks, and the artesian plunge is 20 minutes of tub time followed by a sea algae masque.
