The lively restaurant specializes in endless portions of marinated meat, skewered, slow-roasted, and then carved on your plate tableside. Servers roam the floor proffering cuts of baby back ribs, bacon-wrapped turkey, flank steak, sirloin, and chicken. Diners turn a table indicator to green to request more, or red to say “Basta!” Side dishes of beans and plantains accompany the meats.
