A small white clapboard cottage located in Madison Park houses Rover’s, an intimate restaurant serving innovative and amazing contemporary cuisine. Thierry Rautureau, the chef and owner, stays true to the regional ingredients of the northwest while paying homage to impeccable French technique. Presented like precious little works of art, the portions are perfect in size, taste and appearance. The miraculous part of Rautureau’s menu is that as soon as you finish the course in front of you, you are ready and salivating for the next. The restaurant offers five-course and eight-course tasting menus in addition to a five-course vegetarian menu; also available is an á la carte menu. Lunch is served on Friday.
