Plainfield’s Mayur (in Sanskrit, mayur means “peacock”) is located downtown in a historic Victorian house near the Civic Stadium. The waitstaff, donned in white shirts with black ties and cummerbunds, serves up East Indian food, including vegan and vegetarian entrees. An extensive wine list is also offered.
