Considered by many to be the most popular of Las Vegas restaurants, Picasso impresses with its ambience and food. Gold and red surround the dining room like holiday wrapping paper, drawing attention to authentic oil paintings and ceramics of the master artist. Chef Julian Serrano’s French-Mediterranean cuisine more than competes for similar accolades. The prix-fixe menu changes daily, but certain favorites may be available, including poached oysters, roasted ruby red shrimp or sautéed center cut filet of swordfish, all of which are artfully presented.
