Peking Tom’s resurrects the whole package of 1950s Chinese glamour dining: food with glazes, electric-colored drinks, and hostesses in shiny silk dresses. The sushi bar is the culinary star, as the regular menu is filled with the retro likes of crab rangoon (made with cream cheese) and tamarind-glazed spareribs. The bar is a hot singles spot.
