This rustic yet elegant restaurant is set in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It's built around a historical building which was once the C. Earl Ogle cabin, home of one of Gatlinburg's first pioneer families. The dining room has a cozy atmosphere, with cedar paneling and furniture, and there is covered porch seating for extra-special views of the river. The menu offers favorites such as steaks, ribs, chicken, and trout, all in generous portions. Be sure to leave room for the monstrous mud pie or hot blackberry cobbler for dessert.
