The menu is rooted in local products—troll-caught Monterey spot prawns, Colorado lamb, and regional pork and beef are richly accented with fresh herbs and plated with seasonal ingredients (and lots of passion) by the talented kitchen. The extensive, heavily American wine list gives diners' tall wine glasses lots of opportunities to clink.
