If you’re planning a visit to Cordova, it’s likely that you’ll find yourself at the Orca Adventure Lodge, even if you don’t choose to stay here. Many “adventures” depart from the lodge, including river rafting, kayaking, and fly fishing trips. Situated 2 miles north of town on the shores of Prince William Sound, the 1880s cannery town has been refashioned into a rustic lodging with ocean views. All meals are provided in the cookhouse next door.
