The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes Resort is home to the Orlando outpost of Norman’s, owned by celebrity chef and fusion pioneer Norman Van Aken. Menu items change frequently to reflect whatever is fresh and in season. Appetizers include ahi tuna ceviche or green curry scented lobster ravioli. Classic main dishes include whole roasted chicken with savory bread pudding. Dinner would not be complete without sampling one of the Van Aken’s spice creams, such as Mexican chocolate and chipotle spice. All menu items are available with signature wine pairings. Norman’s also has a private dining room and an outdoor terrace with views of the golf course.
