Chef Michael Mina of San Francisco and the Bellagio teamed with hot designer Tony Chi to create a snug City-by-the-Bay-inspired eatery in Sin City's MGM Grand. Named for the ritzy San Fran enclave, NobHill conjures culinary California with fresh-baked sourdough bread, organic produce, natural meats, locally caught sand dabs, and a heaping raw bar. Don't miss the whipped potatoes, which come in a chorus of flavors from leek to cheese. You won't find any Golden Gate images in Chi's sophisticated design. Glass-walled booths oppose the bar, which dispenses the rave-worthy house Cable Car martini.
