Experience the Northern Californian coast simply by visiting the Navio dining room. It is a vessel that holds the rugged sea air, presents views of the sea and the nearby greens of the golf course through floor-to-ceiling windows, and transmits the energy of the exhibition kitchen wherein all the organic and local ingredients combine. Under Chaf Aaron Zimmer, Navio’s menu takes full advantage of its location by highlighting the fresh seafood, cheese, and vegetables of local providers. The menu includes such favorites as Half Moon Bay Artichoke Risotto; Cote de Boeuf for Two with Sweet Potato Mille-Feuille, and a Tahitian Vanilla and Coconut Pots de Crème with warm madeleines and passion fruit caramel. For those wishing to experience more of Chef Zimmer’s cuisine, a multicourse tasting menu is offered nightly.
