A Napa Valley fixture for more than 20 years, Mustards Grill is one of the best known and most frequented of the area’s many restaurants. It built its reputation on solid American food—fish, chops, steak, and ribs—cooked in wood-burning ovens and on grills, combined with innovative and international flavors. Many of the herbs and vegetables used in the kitchen come from the large garden on the south side of the restaurant. The wine list features an eclectic blend of wines from around the world, not just the Napa Valley. Because of the restaurant’s size and popularity, reservations are recommended.
