The menu offers easy-to-love dishes like crisp, savory quesadillas and soft tacos fashioned from fresh corn tortillas filled with ancho-rubbed pulled pork, as well as vibrant regional specialties like the rich, chocolate moles of Oaxaca and the lime- and chile-marinated fish from the seaside region of Veracruz.
