Acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s flagship serves signature fusion fare to fans both celebrated and unknown. Established in 1987, this sushi bar broke culinary ground serving the likes of lobster ceviche and sashimi sparked by cilantro or garlic, influences Matsuhisa picked up cooking in Peru.
