This cozy Middle Eastern spot in the East
Village will carry you to an Arabic land
filled with sitar music and warm, fragrant
spiced meals. Dinner is a six-course affair,
with dishes such as zatter, a flat bread
topped with a paste of sesame seeds, olive
oil and thyme, vegetarian moussaka, and
mjadarra, a sweet spice-flecked lentil puree
served with tender grilled chicken.
