On the ground floor of ABC Carpet & Home, just past the accessories, you will find Lucy. Though the name has changed (from Lucy Latin Kitchen), the menu still has a decidely south of the border flavor. The food takes its cues from Puerto Rico, with plenty of seafood from sea bass with corn broth and fingerling potato croquettes to Key West shrimp with plantain pionono. Save room for the freshly made flan, drizzled with rich, sweet caramel sauce.
