Located across the street from the ocean on Old Lahaina's waterfront, this casual restaurant has been a Maui staple for almost 30 years. A striking black-and-white tile floor dominates the open-air dining rooms, where shrimp is the signature dish. Steaks, lamb, veal, chicken, and pasta specials round out the à la carte evening menu, which uses only fresh ingredients in dishes made fresh to order. At dinner, guests are served upstairs in a semi-formal setting, where there's a dance floor with a live band playing on Friday nights.
