With more than 800 selections, the wine list at this fantastic French restaurant is about as long as a Norman Mailer novel. Chefs Pierre Pollin and Michael Maddox serve marvelously innovative cuisine with nearly impeccable service. Signatures include such delights as sautéed salmon with cider sauce and Asian spiced duck. If you can, save room for one of the creatively presented desserts.
