Legendary host Sirio Maccioni’s Le Cirque has a new location, fresh décor (again by designer Adam Tihany) and an opportunity to enchant diners once more, this time with the help of the three Maccioni sons who have joined the business. The menu, under the direction of executive chef Christophe Bellanca, features dishes such as lobster poached in vanilla cognac, and walnut-crusted squab with prune beignets and lentil ragout.
