About Ketchum, Idaho:
While Ketchum may not receive as much attention as its sister city, Sun Valley, it’s not for a lack of charm and natural beauty. Main Street is a pleasant stretch of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. The town sits just to the south of the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, a four-season playground for outdoor enthusiasts. Trapper and guide David Ketchum, the town’s namesake, settled here in 1879. Writer Ernest Hemingway spent his final years in Ketchum and is buried in the town cemetery.
