The clean, minimalist setting near the Beverly Center modernizes the steakhouse standard. Also updated, the meat-centric menu features steaks, roasts, braises, and chops from top purveyors, many organic, prepared with a light hand and presented with stylish restraint. Starters contemporize classics including deviled eggs and iceberg wedge salad. Like old-school meateries, everything on the menu is à la carte, so do the math.
