From the giant, mesmerizing fish tank at the entrance to the impressively inventive Szechwan, Cantonese, and Mandarin menu, Imperial Chinese dazzles with its sophistication and creativity. The large dining room is segmented with partitions, which, along with soft lighting, provide a sense of privacy. The service is unobtrusive, and the word is that the Imperial is the “only Chinese restaurant where the dish looks exactly like the picture.” And the pictures are gorgeous indeed.
