Take two side-by-side circa 1890 Victorian houses, join them, renovate, and surround them with lush foliage and flower gardens and you have this unique Denver mainstay. The “eclectic American” menu takes advantage of seasonal ingredients. The main dining room is all exposed brick, polished hardwood floors, and crisp white tablecloths, but other rooms have a different ambience; the French Country Room, for instance, is painted white and has double French doors leading out to the gardens.
