Located in the historic Crown Point Press building, a stone’s throw from culture hotspots like the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, Two brings a twist to San Francisco dining--the kitchen features two chefs, Bridget Batson and David Gringrass, as well as two dining levels. With the American cuisine menu featuring dishes such as , crispy-skinned cast iron-pan chicken and pasta with house-made pork sausage, diners are the real winners here. The casual yet contemporary restaurant's centerpiece is a beautiful concrete and copper bar, and the coconut lights hanging above it create a warm glow. Tall banquettes with shades of green, brown, and gold line the outer edges of the restaurant while a large acacia wood communal table (which seats 14) sits in the middle. The table is perfect for large parties or for people who like to mingle with their fellow diners. Don't leave without trying the seasonal fruit granita “popsicle” for a refreshing dessert ending.
