This historic oceanfront Victorian mansion (1886) is located adjacent to the Seven Gables Inn (see) along the rocky shores of Monterey Bay. Its luxuriously appointed rooms are housed in two buildings--the main house and the cottage, and each room has a breathtaking view, a marble bathroom, down comforters, and a variety of amenities. Although there are no on-site activities, the Monterey Recreation Trail is just across the street for guest to enjoy. This majestic blue house was originally built by the first female mayor of Pacific Grove during the Edwardian Period at the turn of the century. It has since been completely restored by its present owners, the Flatley family, and still retains its elegant charm.
