This historic yellow-and-white Queen Anne/Victorian mansion, built in 1887 by a cobbler from Nova Scotia, is one of the most romantic inns in Pacific Grove. The elegant property features beautifully landscaped gardens and a patio. Guest rooms are individually decorated with lots of florals, ornate furnishings, and teddy bears. Many of the rooms have sitting areas with fireplaces, private patio entrances, or window seats; some have spa tubs and balconies. Guests can mingle during the afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvres reception. Restaurants and shops are just a few steps away, and the inn is also near the Monterey Bay Aquarium and the Natural History Museum.
