Tables are perfectly set, and the subdued walls are dotted with beautiful works of art. The chef, Hanspeter Aebersold, creates his continental masterpieces using fresh, Northwest ingredients. With dishes such as jaeger schnitzel with mushrooms, bacon, and onions; linguini with pan-seared sea scallops topped with roasted hazelnuts; and almond-crusted baked salmon, diners will have a difficult time choosing their meal.
