Upon entering Flying Fish Cafe (named after a Coney Island roller coaster), guests can easily feel as though they are in the sea. The tile floor is outstanding—there are hundreds of little colorful tiles that are placed together to make a wavelike design. The tables and service doors are made with shiny stainless steel, and the bar is also an interesting tile piece of art. Parachuting fish hang from the ceiling, and booths are reminiscent of roller coaster hills. The emphasis on the menu is fresh seafood, and it changes often—try the signature potato-wrapped Florida snapper. Located in Disney's Boardwalk Inn (see), it is within the grounds of the park, closest to Epcot and Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf.
