Drift is the first restaurant in the area to serve Polynesian drinks and food. It is located in downtown Scottsdale at 75th Street and Stetson Road. A Polynesian/tiki theme runs thoughout, and the restroom is also unique, with colbalt blue-frosted glass around a circular mirror and a waterfall faucet. A tiled floor, driftwood trim around ceiling ights, and a large aquarium behind the bar all add to the decor.
