Surrounding diners with an eclectic mix of nautical décor, this popular museum-like fondue restaurant houses antiques and the hull of a Viking ship built inside the dining room. Cabin-style booths and a pond with turtles and alligators add to the unique experience. The dining room is divided into 13 dining areas surrounding the ship, and the menu is translated into 61 different languages. The restaurant uses Australian beef and all food is chemical free. Only the best oils, with no fat or cholesterol, from health food stores is used. The owner is always present to greet diners, and Jimmy Carter frequently visits and sits on the balcony.
