Chef Daniel Boulud provides a diverse menu including a selection of dishes for two, a la carte dishes and a prix fixe menu. Specialty dishes of the restaurant include the Steak au Poivre (peppered Filet Mignon); Paté de Campagne Forestiere (wild mushroom pate) with Homemade Pickles; and a Roasted Chicken with Tarragon Jus.
