This contemporary French restaurant is located in the Hotel St. Paul, which is housed in a historic landmark Beaux Arts building close to Old Montreal. Its crisp, cool, and elegant minimalist décor features hardwood floors, wood tables, subdued lighting, large windows, and flowing draperies. Although Cube is a hip "hot spot", it has a down-to-earth staff who makes dining here enjoyable.
