Housed in a Beaux Arts building that includes the Carlton Hotel, this creation of Chef Geoffrey Zakarian (with design by David Rockwell) combines classic Manhattan elegance with contemporary flair in both décor and cuisine. The seasonal, French-influenced menu comes in 3-course pre-theater; 4-course or 6-course chef’s tasting versions. Entrees change daily, and might include everything from Berkshire pork with apple jam, chestnut and polenta to snapper with clams and lemon. The space also includes a more casual café, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a Champagne lounge.
