Chops is located in the posh community of Buckhead, near Lenox Square Mall and Phipps Plaza. This place is really two restaurants in one: upstairs, power diners chomp on delicious prime-aged beef in a clubby steakhouse atmosphere—dark mahogany paneling, black leather booths with burgundy seats, and an open display kitchen; downstairs is the Lobster Bar, where romantic diners sit in white stucco grottos and savor delicate seafood creations.
