Guests are greeted by a large wood-fired grill upon entering Charley's Steak House, a family-owned and -operated steakhouse for more than 30 years. Tables are set with white cloths and napkins, as well as butcher paper, and interesting framed art and stuffed wild animals decorate the room. The menu features Colorado grain-fed USDA Prime and choice beef, which are then aged on-site for four to six weeks. The steaks are then flame-broiled over the open pit, which is fueled by oak wood. The specialties here are porterhouse, filet, and the "Ultimate Surf & Turf." In addition to the steaks they offer, there is a wide selection of seafood and other menu options. A tremendous wine cellar with hundreds of choices is also highlighted.
