Located on a quiet, sleepy stretch of Exchange Street, Carolina’s is the place to go in Charleston for honest, straightforward Low Country cuisine. Completely overhauled in March 2004, the restaurant is now divided into three very distinct dining areas: the romantic Sidewalk Room, the relaxed Bar Room, and Perdita’s Room, an homage to the restaurant that used to occupy this space. Perdita’s famous Fruits de Mer dish is always on the menu, along with standout dishes as the jumbo lump crab cake and the pan-roasted lamb rack. Complimentary valet service is offered.
