In a town where many summer folk don’t get up until nearly noon, Edwige corners the market in gourmet breakfasts by serving until 1 pm. But chef Stephen Frappolli saves his best New American chops for evening, reveling in New England seafood with dishes like planked local codfish with roasted corn and shiitake mushrooms, and what many consider P’Town’s best crab cakes. It’s an easy place to miss: Edwige is on the second level.
