Bradley Ogden’s eponymous restaurant at Caesars Palace—his first outside of California—is a sure bet. Although this modern Las Vegas location is a world away from the farms and ranches Ogden depends on when preparing his innovative take on American cuisine, no expense is spared in bringing it all in. Dishes include oak-grilled lamb rack with fava bean and cumin spaetzel, and hot and cold foie gras with kumquats.
