Set in a former grocery store in Park Slope, Blue Ribbon Brooklyn is a sleek, bustling and expansive, brick-colored bistro with a well-stocked raw bar—just like its next door sibling, Blue Ribbon Sushi. But in addition, this branch also offers the owners’ (brothers Bruce and Eric Bromberg) signature overly ambitious menu filled with all sorts of deliciously comforting dishes—marrow bones, chicken liver, variations on surf and turf, famous fried chicken, and plates of golden fries piled sky-high. Like the New York branch, the restaurant is open until 4 am to satisfy all those late-night hunger pangs.
