Most of the Bellagio Bars and Lounges are open 24 hours, but many only swing into action later in the evening and close in the early morning hours. The seasonal Pool Bar is in a garden setting. The 24 hour Baccarat Bar has its own baby grand piano and serves sophisticated drinks next to the Baccarat Saloon in the middle of the casino. The 24 hour Petrossian Bar near the lobby serves fine champagnes and its namesake caviar. The Light Group’s Caramel Bar and Lounge is open in the evening and it is often frequented by celebrities sipping cocktails, sake, and specialty drinks. The Fontana Bar is open in the evenings and has superb views of Lake Bellagio’s dancing fountains with its own patio for dancing. Proper attire is required in the Light Nightclub where the scene is set for late night dancing with a European bottle service provided while lounging on plush furnishings.
