Set in a renovated factory complex, this urban dining room has a sleek, industrial feel. The dramatic vaulted ceiling and exposed brick-trimmed factory windows of the dining room are the perfect foil to the long, low-lit, sexy bar of this former meat-packing plant. Chefs Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison create vibrant, seasonal American menus that change daily based on whatever organic and small-farm produce is available. Plates are presented with little fuss but lots of flavor. The wine list includes a thoughtful collection of food-friendly choices by the bottle or the glass.
