Limoges china, Christofle silver, and a vanilla glow from chandeliers declare utter refinement, as do dishes such as warm egg custard infused with white truffles, diver scallops over chestnut-potato puree, and roasted duck with duck confit and a sweet potato-roasted apple tart.
