This dramatic Greek Revival-style mansion, with columns lining the front porch and entrance, was built in 1848 and has been operating as an inn since 1888. It's listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Spread throughout the main house and several converted outbuildings, the varied guest rooms feature impressive antiques; some have double-sided fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs. If you'd like a more historical room, opt for the main house; the carriage house and parsonage have been renovated with modern architectural details, such as cathedral ceilings and skylights. The 3-acre grounds include a walking path, gazebo, and small stone fountain with waterfall.
