This quietly elegant establishment, located in a restored Federal mansion just on the edge of Georgetown University's campus, is a top destination for students with visiting relatives, diners celebrating a special occasion, or business people wanting to impress. The decor is Victorian themed with fine china, Civil War pictures and artifacts, antiques, and a gas fireplace in one of the larger dining rooms. The menu changes seasonally, but the popular rack of lamb is always available. A chef's tasting menu is offered, as well as a pre/post theater menu.
